On the other hand, while a considerable amount of time is spent earning a reputation on one website, the service providers find it impossible to transfer a reputation that has been won by their own work and confuses another website.

It is a global digital platform based on block-chain technology and smart contracts to create an open and secure ecosystem for talent acquisition and reputation management. It creates a direct connection between its users and brings security and transparency in user data. It works like a world-class professional information repository of all fields.

TrustLogics - this information is a global gateway for human resources, a decentralized ecosystem where users can share their professional data between different platforms, special permission settings, and increased recruitment efficiency thanks to the peer network recruitment model, applicants can make full use of TrustLogics power control devices, independent providers can support and strengthen their Digital Portfolio and receive ratings for services provided.

TrustLogics aims to develop a hybrid approach to blocking solutions: the Hyperledger personal blocker, for storing and restoring data in user-specified permissions; and public blockbuster Ethereum, to record transactions. TRUSTLOGICS is a direct link between job seekers and prospective employers. It provides a platform for direct interaction between these two companies in the HR industry. Based on Ethereum Blockchain and Smart Contracts, this will be a global information warehouse of working professionals. Users can register on the platform and share their data with the intended company through Intelligent Contract. Network platform validation is an independent body that provides validation services to jobseekers on the platform and in turn receives cryptocurrency.

The token the project uses to deliver the solution is known as the ERC20 token. Token has an extraordinary market value of 1 TLT = 0.08 USD.
